KrauseHouse Community

You must login with the supplied username and password to access features of the KrauseHouse Community. Once you're logged in for the first time, you can change your password and other user information.

After you've logged in, click Edit Profile in the blue box at the top right of the screen (just above the "Search" button). The profile page has an area to edit your personal information with "tabs" at the top. Click any tab ("Signature and Bio," "About," "Avatar," "Email," etc.) to fill in details about yourself. Some items will be visible by other members ("About" tab, "Avatar" photo, etc.) while other items are private (your email address, for example). After you've changed something, be sure to click on the Save button or your changes will be discarded!

Click on Forums in the blue navigation bar at the top to visit the discussion area. Sit down at the Kitchen Table under Family Chat and say "Hi" to everyone. Forum messages are only visible to users who are signed in, so family and friends will see them but the public won't.

You can click the username of anybody who has posted already and see that user's information, send them a private message or an email. Private messages are available to the user through their KrauseHouse Community INBOX when they're online, whereas an email will be sent directly to their external Internet email address. To check your INBOX for private messages, click Inbox in the blue box at the top right of the screen.

Click on Home in the blue navigation bar to come back to this page at any time. When you're finished with your visit, click Sign Out in the blue box at the top right of the screen.

As we figure out more of the features of this software, we'll give you info about using the Blogs, Photos and Downloads sections. Feel free to wander around in the meantime and if you make some discovery about how they work, post information in the Forums section!
